2. Prohibited Uses

  • Copying, cloning, mirroring, redistributing or resell of any part of this platform.
  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract source code, prompts, or model responses.
  • Automated scraping, crawling, bulk-downloading, or use of the platform to train competing AI models.
  • Removing, altering, or obscuring copyright, trademark, or watermark notices from any exported content or PDF.
  • Using the platform to give unlicensed medical advice or to impersonate a registered medical practitioner.

3. Medical Disclaimer

BappaMed.Easy provides clinical decision support only. All AI-generated diagnoses, medicines, injections, dilutions, radiology interpretations and advice must be reviewed and approved by a licensed physician before use on any patient. The platform is not a substitute for professional medical judgement.

4. Data & Privacy

Patient data entered into this application is used solely to generate the prescription for the treating physician. We follow DPDP Act 2023 readiness practices and industry-standard security controls. Uploaded medical images and reports are transmitted over HTTPS. See the Privacy Policy (Stage 2) for full details.

5. Watermarking & Audit

All exported PDFs and prescriptions carry a visible copyright watermark and a hidden audit identifier. Suspicious scraping attempts and unauthorised bulk exports are logged and may be reported to law-enforcement authorities.

6. Enforcement

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination, civil action for damages, and criminal prosecution under the Indian Copyright Act 1957, Information Technology Act 2000, and other applicable laws.
